Mickie Jo Bennett started her career for the City of Saline as the Utility Billing Clerk in 1986. Bennett became City Treasurer in 2004, after receiving her Certified Public Finance Administrator (CPFA) from the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada (APTUSC) in 2002. Having been certified through the State of Michigan Assessors Board, Bennett has served on the Michigan Treasurers Association.
