Art Around Saline Logo

The City of Saline Arts & Culture Committee began “Art Around Saline” in 2017 to promotes local artists by reproducing their artwork for public display in historic downtown Saline for a period of two years. As the project has expanded, past works have been moved to other locations around town, including the Saline Recreation Center, the Saline District Library, the Ann Arbor Saline Music Center, Rentschler Farm Museum, and City Hall.

The call for submissions for 2022 is now open. The goal of Art Around Saline is to highlight the work of local artists, increase and enhance pride in our city, and promote its growing art culture. Selected works will be reprinted, framed, and exhibited in public spaces in downtown Saline. Thirteen pieces are currently on display near the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Ann Arbor Saline Roads in historic downtown Saline, with legacy pieces displayed throughout the city.
