PILATES SCULPT

Pilates Sculpt is a modern twist on a classic workout! Various props such as light hand weights, resistance bands, foam rollers, BOSU, and the Pilates Magic Circle will be used to enhance Pilates exercises. Multiple levels of exercises are presented allowing participants to work at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced pace. You will strengthen your core as well as tone your hips, thighs, and glutes! BARRE ABOVE

Take your fitness to new heights! Barre Above fuses the very best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. Barre Above is for all bodies! Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen and tone your body.Instructor: Kathy Metta.

 

CARDIO BARRE

Low impact but challenging format that combines yoga, Pilates and dance.  Barre focuses on low weight and high repetition that will bring muscles to complete fatigue.  Benefits include improved posture, muscle definition, weight loss and fexibility.  Instructor: Christa Gray

 

PILATES

This Pilates class includes exercises that will promote core strength and  exercises that stress proper posture, movement patterns, balance, flexibility and strength. Learn to engage muscles you didn't even know you had. If you are looking for a workout that will leave you feeling stronger and balanced, look no further! All levels welcome. Instructor: Christa Gray

 

BEGINNER YOGA

This class is designed for beginners.  Participants will be introduced to the basic principles of alignment and technique while stretching and strengthening the body.  A seated warm up is followed by a sun salutation, standing poses and forward bends.  The class will end with deep relaxation. Instructor: Kathy Metta

 

POWER YOGA

This high intensity, physically focused practice cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Those with prior Yoga experience looking for an intense workout that will make you sweat will find Power Yoga ideal! Classes include more advanced postures such as arm balances and inversions. NOTE: Those looking for a more basic, slower paced practice should consider Beginner Yoga. Instructor: Kathy Metta

MORNING ZUMBA
