City Records
The City Clerk’s office is responsible for maintaining the City records, which includes all actions of the City Council and Planning Commission, as well as deeds, easements, contracts and other general records. Records are also kept for Oakwood Cemetery. For Planning Commission records contact extension 2214. For other City records contact extension 2209.
Elections & Voter Registration
The City Clerk’s office conducts all elections in the city for school, local, State and Federal elections. For voter registration and absentee ballots contact extensions 2216, 2209, and 2214. View Page »
Passport Services

Oakwood Cemetery
The City Clerk’s office maintains the records for Oakwood Cemetery. The Clerk’s office handles all sales and/or transfer of ownership for cemetery spaces.
