Passport Application Information

9:00 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. Monday – Friday
(Hours are subject to change according to staff availability)
Passports are taken by appointment. Please call 734-429-4907 ext. 2216 or 2209 or visit https://calendly.com/city-of-saline-passport to schedule an appointment.
Please read the application instructions and follow them carefully. Use black ink and capital letters when completing the form. If you make a mistake, you must start over on a new form. Be sure that you have all the required documentation with you. The application form is explicit on the type of documents that are acceptable.
All applicants, including infants & children, must be present at the time of executing the application. Both parents consent is required for minors under the age of 16. Photo ID is required for applicants 16 and over; applications for minors under 16 require photo ID of both parents. We strongly encourage you to complete the application before your appointment. Do not sign the application. It must be signed in the presence of the Passport Agent.
FEES: FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! CREDIT CARDS NOT ACCEPTED.
*Passport Photos are not being taken at this time* If you are need of a passport photo, businesses such as CVS and Costco are still providing this service.
Execution Fee - $35 Passport Photo - $12

Passport Book, Age 15 and Younger $80
Passport Card, Age 16 and Over $30 (Land travel only)
Passport Card, Age 15 and Younger $15 (Land travel only)
CHECK OR MONEY ORDER PAYABLE TO: “U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE”
Expedite Service, if needed, is $60 per application
(This is in addition to the Passport Fee)
Expedite fee does not include overnight delivery. If overnight delivery is necessary due to immediate travel plans, overnight Express Mail is available at City Hall by paying the $26.35 fee. For return Express Mail service by the U.S. Department of State, include $17.56 in your check to the Department of State along with your $60 expedite fee and the passport fee.
